Can I stay less than one night?
All our reservations are for a minimum of one night, however, you can check out whenever you want.
Why is a security deposit of $50 USD or 30,000 CRC required?
This deposit is a guarantee against possible incidents or damages in the hotel facilities or in case the guest smokes within our facilities.
What are the pool hours?
The pool is open to our guests from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Do you offer day passes?
We are not currently offering day passes.
Can I bring food or drinks that are not from the hotel?
Yes, you can bring food and drinks. But cooking is only allowed in the Kitchen Suite rooms. We also have a restaurant open from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm.
